What is the Support Portal and how do I access it?
Customers can access the Tripkicks Support Portal for client support and client success tools.
The Support Portal is a dedicated system for Tripkicks customers and clients to access tools for client support and client success. Within the Support Portal, clients can open Support Tickets for requests and issues within their Tripkicks environment and configuration. Clients can always reach out directly to their dedicated Client Success Manager for requests and if an issue arises; but for the quickest resolution and response from Tripkicks, clients should leverage their Customer Portal to File a Support Ticket.
Within the Support Portal, clients can review open support tickets and track the latest activity and response from Tripkicks. Clients can also view their history of Business Relationship Reviews within their Customer Portal, and see comments and notes of each completed BRR.
Clients can access their Support Portal by navigating to and logging in to: https://portal.tripkicks.com/client
or by navigating to https://portal.tripkicks.com and clicking on "Support Portal" within the menu bar at the top right of the page.

Access to the Customer Portal is given by your Client Success Manager, and through an initial Tripkicks Portal Access registration email which is sent from support@tripkicks.com.
Once you receive this email, click on button "Register for Tripkicks Portal access" to setup your password and complete registration.
If you haven't received your initial Tripkicks Portal Access registration email, you can reach out to your Client Success Manager - or email support@tripkicks.com - to resend your registration email.
If you've forgotten your password to the Customer Portal, you can reset your password from the "Forgot your password?" button on the Sign in page at portal.tripkicks.com/client
