Clients meet quarterly with their Tripkicks Client Success Manager for their Business Relationship Review. During this time together, clients have the opportunity to review the initiatives that are important to their travel program and ensure that Tripkicks is aligned with these initiatives and the priorities that support them.
Business Relationship Reviews are a dedicated time to review and adjust the specific tools and customizations being leveraged by the client within their Tripkicks configuration. The quarterly BRR is also a great time for clients to share feedback on the value of Tripkicks within their program, and our Client Success Managers will regularly collect and track this feedback with a set of routine questions and prompts to gather comments, critiques, and other responses to ensure client satisfaction.
